Returns Policy
Registering for a Tremis Dynamics class is a commitment. Therefore, there are NO REFUNDS unless we cancel the class. If you don't think you can make the class, simply don't sign up for it. We have hard limits for the number of students who may attend and by signing up, you potentially are preventing someone else from having that slot. If you don't show up, that slot sits empty and another student misses out on some great training.
If you order a physical item and we ship the wrong item to you, we will make it right.

Shipping
We can ship to US addresses only.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
