An Aluminum card with a host of common frequencies laser-engraved directly on it. Most likely, these will fit easily inside the same pouch your radio is already in. We didn't invent the idea of a flash card; we just got tired of standard ones on the market. We've purchased ones with typos. Ones that were printed so poorly and small that they weren't legible. And some that the printing, even on plastic, wasn't resistant to solvents that would remove the print. Some were on paper or cardstock that would disintegrate in the rain. So we made our own.
The front has FRS/GMRS channels and corresponding frequencies listed. MURS is also listed, as well as the 2-meter and 70-centimeter call frequencies. Even the Marine Emergency channel. There is an open section for you to stick a label with any priority frequencies that you might have. But we're also offering to engrave your PACE plan on there for a small surcharge.
The reverse side has the phonetic alphabet and Morse code. Neither of these is always easy for students who don't spend much time on their radios to remember.
We're trying to convince Zero Point Training to make these, but until they do, we are.
