Marr's Traffic in Arms Regulations.
1. (A)This Regulation applies to ALL training events. Some events may have more strict restrictions. (B)This regulation applies to any gear which can be used in training for the purposes of enhancing training. This regulation does NOT apply to branded gear that is for a strict marketing purpose.
2.This regulation prohibits the following people from receiving any item or knowledge transfer from the above categories:
(A)Individuals who are not citizens of the United Stated of America.
(B)Employees of the Legislative or Judicial branches of the US Federal Government.
(C)Employees of the Executive Branch of the US Federal Government who are outside the Dept of Defense unless they are subject to the Universal Code of Military Justice.
(D)Employees of The Legislative or Judicial Branches of any State or Territorial Government.
(E)Employees of the Executive Branch of any State or Territorial Government unless they are subject to the Universal Code of Military Justice.
(F)Employees of the Judicial Branch of any level of government (IE County or Local)
(G)Employees of any organization noted in Appendix B.
(H)Contractors and subcontractors hired by any organization mentioned in Section 2, subsection A-G
(I) Volunteers for any Organization referenced Section 2, subsection H.
3.Waivers are available for organizations as well as individuals. Please use the CONTACT form to get information on acquiring a waiver. Organizational waivers are kept in Appendix A. Individual waivers are confidential, please CONTACT to find out your waiver status.

Broward County, FL Sheriff's Dept.
Any government employee or volunteer from Maricopa County, AZ
Any Public Official who is appointed into office at any level of government.
Employees of Shopify, United Auto Workers
Employees of Meta, Microsoft, Alphabet Inc, Apple Inc
Employees, contractors, volunteers and freelancers who have ever done any business with AT&T, CBS, Comcast, Disney, Newscorp, or Viacom;to include any of their subsidiaries.
